Leader In Training (LIT) Camp
July 9, 2018 - August 10, 2018
Leaders emerge at every stage of life. This 1 month LIT Camp is an intense leader-in-training program for youth in grades 8-10. Participants are challenged through outdoor activity, team building exercises, exploring healthy spiritual practices and being immersed in all aspects of camp life. The goal is growth, self-discovery and learning to serve others. LIT Camp serves as a great training program for youth who are interested in working at Pine Lake Camp in the future. Additionally, youth will come home having grown in confidence and understanding of good leadership that will be expressed in everyday life for years to come.
Possible 2 Week Mission: participants in the LIT Program may have the opportunity to participate in an optional 2 week mission with other camp staff at the end of the program. Eligibility for this mission will be based on a review of the participant by the Camp Leadership Team.
